Massage TherapistSpeaks: EnglishAmber Giesbrecht
Massage TherapistSpeaks: EnglishAmber Geisbrecht is a Registered Massage Therapist at pt Health. She grew up in Winnipeg, and completed her 2200 hour course from The Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in January of 2009. Amber enjoys working with sports injuries, among many other things, but a special highlight in her career was working with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. She was able to gain significant experience working with sports-related injuries during this time and met some fabulous football players too!
Amber has taken several continuing education classes, and treats all areas of the body for injury, maintenance, or to simply just feel great! On her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, playing soccer, and traveling.
Sarah Bird
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: EnglishSarah graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. In 2012, Sarah graduated from Dalhousie’s School of Physiotherapy with her Master degree.
In order to provide her clients with quality, client-centered care, Sarah continued her education in the fields of exercises essentials, Tai Chi a System of Balance, non-internal Pelvic Health and Cognitive Behavioural and Acceptance and Commitment therapies.
Sarah uses a variety of treatment techniques in her daily practice, incorporating exercise prescription, manual therapy and pain science education in order to assist her client meet a their varying health and wellness goals.
Outside of work Sarah values her leisure time walking, hiking, doing yoga and spending time her cats.
Alicia Stacey
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, SpanishAlicia became a massage therapist in 2010, graduating from ICT Northumberland College in Halifax. Growing up with a parent that suffered from chronic pain, Alicia developed an interest in massage and natural healing very early on. Always seeking out better ways to help her clients, family, and herself led her to learning RAPID NeuroFascial Reset in late 2016.
Since then, Alicia has completed the Upper body, Lower body, and Core training and dedicated her practice to these techniques becoming proficient.
She is confident in treating complex issues including carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, nerve entrapments, TMJ-D, back/neck/shoulder/hip/knee/ankle/foot pain of all kinds, bursitis, tennis/golfers' elbow, whiplash, scar tissues, chronic pain, MVA injuries, headaches and migraines, arthritic joint pain, sports injuries and more.

PhysiotherapistSpeaks: EnglishSara is a passionate physiotherapist, dedicated to helping clients get back to life.
She is an experienced physiotherapist who will be covering for Steve Keefe while he is off.
